Cons:

• Rustic and no frills, with limited amenities
• The best terrain requires natural snowfall to be open
• The lifts are older, slower, and lower capacity (including a single-person chairlift from the base to the summit)
• The advanced terrain and rustic infrastructure can make this a challenging place for families who are new to skiing
